Our eviction records save you time and money

Courts are very lenient toward tenants. Eviction processes can often take more than a year, which means your bad tenant gets to legally stay in your property rent-free. We don't want that for you. That's why we're arming you with the right tools to defend your investment.

Our reports include court records from a variety of sources. We query the credit bureaus, which matches your applicant to eviction records with unparalleled accuracy.

Receive results as soon as your tenants complete their application, which usually takes less than 5 minutes. Once the tenant authorizes, the reports will be available instantly for review in your account.

Rentalutions Answers

  • Does requesting this report affect my tenant’s credit score?

Nope! This is a soft inquiry, so it won’t affect tenant credit scores.

  • How soon can I expect to be able to view these reports?

The reports are done in real time. As soon as the tenant enters their social security number, you’ll be notified and you’ll be able to view the report right away.

  • What’s included in the report?

Rentalutions provides comprehensive online tenant screening services and credit checks. The credit report includes the tenant’s credit score, full credit history, criminal background check, public records, a public records search of past evictions, and an inquiries check.

  • What’s the cost?

There is a fee that each applicant must pay to run the credit report and background check. This fee may range between $20 and $45 depending on exactly which reports you've required access to. Landlords don't pay anything. Tenants are used to paying application fees in the range of $45 to $90. Plus tenants can reuse their report with other landlords with no additional charge.
