Our 2 bedroom townhomes start at $825 and the 3 bedrooms start at $905! All of our prices include water, sewer, and trash. We are total electric, so there is NO gas bill!

Our townhomes have fully equipped kitchens, spacious living and dining areas, large walk-in closets and much more. Our amenities include a relaxing pool, playground, washer and dryer connections in every home and a basketball court.

Our application fee is $50.00 per person for everyone 18 and older, NO Deposit, and an administration fee starting at $400.00.
